The Court provides this public Portal to allow attorneys and self-represented parties to electronically file new Adoption, Civil, Family, Probate and Small Claims cases. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card only.
Please note: The Court does not accept subsequent filings via the Portal. A Pin Number will not provide access to subsequent filings. All subsequent filings must be filed in person at the clerks office or through mail.

File a New Case
Instead of delivering or mailing a paper document to the Court, file your case with the Court electronically. You will need to provide the filing documents (in PDF format), as well as basic information about the case, including what other parties are involved.

The Superior Court is pleased to provide a case search for retrieving basic case information. This includes Criminal, Traffic, Family, Civil, Probate and Small Claims case types. Confidential cases are not available.

The general public has access to criminal, traffic, civil, family law, probate and small claims case summary information. But if you're a litigant, legal counsel or other participant on a case, you may be eligible for access to Confidential cases, which are excluded from the public searches. Upon being granted access, you will have access to the case from your My Cases index. A pin number will NOT be provided on Criminal, Traffic, Adoption or Child Support cases.
